The primary meeting location, in accordance with KRS 61.826 and KRS 61.840, is at the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development in the Old Capitol Annex, 300 West Broadway, Frankfort, Kentucky and by video teleconference with board members participating in-person and remotely.
