Title VI of the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits any state agency receiving federal funds from denying access to a
program on the basis of race, color or national origin.
State government agencies that receive federal funds must comply with state law by submitting Title VI reports. Agencies shall
submit implementation plan updates to the Kentucky Office of the Auditor and the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights by July

Any individual or any special class of individuals that believe they have been subject to discrimination under Title VI because
of action by the Cabinet for Economic Development may file an oral or
written complaint
through a representative or directly with the Cabinet for Economic Development, Title VI Coordinator, Caroline Baesler,
