That’s why the Kentucky Skills Network provides free safety and health training to employers and employees. This online training portal has certifiable courses available in both safety and health. These short classes are self-guided, interactive, internet-based classes available to any Kentucky employer and employee with internet capability.
Registered Apprenticeship Training
The need for highly skilled workers in Kentucky is more critical than ever. That’s why the Kentucky Skills Network puts a high priority on an apprenticeship training system. Its goal is to produce highly skilled workers able to meet the demands of employers. Apprenticeship is an industry-driven concept that focuses on on-the-job training and is supplemented by technical classroom instruction. This nationally recognized certification has apprenticeship programs for a variety of careers and industry sectors.
